In 2010 Flood strikes one-fifth of Pakistan's total land area and 20 million people directly affected. POB Trust organized Free Eye Camps for Flood Victims in most affected areas of Flood. Thirteen Free Eye Camps are arranged so far May 2011 in the Districts of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtoon khawah, Punjab and Sindh.

12,615 Patients examined in OPD, 1,057 catract patients operated and 5000 glasses distributed among flood affected people.
POB Trust donated 20,000 eye drops and general medicines of cost 80,000 to the Medical camps in flood areas and working NGO's.
Other than Medical Field POB Trust deliver 500 food bags, 5,000 Mineral water bottles and 15,000 soaps.
